The Past, Present and Future of Dyslexia Conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Tuesday was day two of the dyslexia awareness event hosted by Congressman Bill Cassidy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The event kicked off with a presentation from Drs. Bennett and Sally Shaywitz about their groundbreaking research into the world of dyslexia. It was followed by a discussion with Karen Chauvin, Glenny Lee Bouquet, and Mississippi State Rep. Larry Byrd about recent efforts to address dyslexia in our schools.
